| OBJECTIVE: To own a starting line-up of 11 American League and/or National League Players with the highest cumulative point total as measured by the point system described below |

| 1. Each league, ten owners (usually), may hold their own draft, be assisted by me, or select pre-made team via the internet on a first-come first-served basis. |
| 2. The draft will be done in two parts: |
| a. Selection of 3 starting pitchers, 1 1st baseman, 1 2nd baseman, 1 3rd baseman, 1 shortstop, 1 catcher, and 3 outfielders in random order (11 rounds). |
| b. Then upon completion, selection of a second team of similarly positioned players. |
| 3. The draft order will be randomly selected with owner #1 having first pick in Round #1 and Owner #10 having the last pick in Round #1 and the first pick in Round #2. This draft order is used throughout the entire draft. At the end of the draft, an owner will have drafted 22 players. |

| 5. Any player not listed may be drafted at the "position" he is generally "expected to play" at draft time. |

| DRAFT TIPS: |
| 1. Be prepared to check out the internet for player research or the old school method by purchasing fantasy baseball magazines. |
| 2. Please make lists. You should list 20 players for each position except pitchers and outfielders which should have 60 (20 * 3) players on your list. A one to two twenty list is even better. |
| PLAYER TRANSACTIONS: |
| All transactions requests will be done on-line, just select make a trade or bonus pick from the menu. You will have to submit your Id and password in order to make a trade or bonus pick. |
| BONUS MOVES: |
| 1. The deadline for Pick #1 in Leagues 2 is Monday, May 31st 2021 11:59:59 PM. A 2nd bonus pick will take place between June 1st Midnight and Saturday, July 31st. |
| 2. The deadline for Pick #1 in League 1 is Monday, May 31st 2021 11:59:59 PM. A 2nd bonus pick will take place between June 1st Midnight and Friday, June 30th. |
| 3. A 3rd bonus pick in League 1 will take place between July 1st Midnight and Saturday, July 31st. A 4th bonus pick will take place between August 1st Midnight and Thursday, August 31st. |
| 4. You may replace any one player with an undrafted player in the same position. |
| 5. It is on a first-come first-served basis. |
| 6. Players dropped by owners can be picked up by other owners. |
| 7. These "bonus" players qualify by position same as they were at the draft. |
| TRADES: |
| 1. No dumping! The integrity of each league must be upheld by it's owners. Trades can be made between any owners regardless of their standings as long as trade is not vetoed by the league. |
| 2. For League 2 all trades must be made by the end of the day, Tuesday, August 31st 2021 at 11:59:59 PM. |
| 3. For League 1 all trades must be made by the end of the day, Monday, August 16th 2021 at 11:59:59 PM. |
| 4. All trades must be done by "position for position". |
| 5. Unlike other Fantasy Baseball Leagues, fees will NOT be charged for trades. |
| RESULTS: |
| 1. New standings will be published on the Web everyday for all 26 weeks. |
| 2. All trades and bonus moves will require an owner to login. Once a trade or bonus pick is completed it will change the standings and the roster grid immediately. This will reflect an owner's best possible team, with greater valued players displayed as primary players and lesser valued players displayed as reserve players. Only primary player's cumulative numbers will be calculated towards the standings. |
| 3. Results will include: team cumulative totals, player cumulative totals, and any bonus moves or trades made for the previous two weeks. |
